A Danish word for a mood of coziness and comfort with feelings of wellness and contentment. Just rid of the stress, girlfriend! Light a candle, cozy up with a blanket, grab a cup of lavender tea and just be. Find what gives up comfort and make time for it. I get up at 5 am every day and have my time. This way I am present during the rest of the day. And all all stuff you can control...let it go. Seriously.
This is a vitamin you can get anywhere! My mom was going through the good ole menopause and her hair was falling out like crazy to the point I was getting worried. I told her to try biotin and take it every day, Guess what? No more hair loss other then the day to day normal shedding. Such a simple thing that can be life changing.
KEVIN MURPHY'S 3 PART SYSTEM-
This has shocked my over and over again! A client of mine was seeing his scalp all the way to his crown and now after 4 month his hair is super thick. They make it for both men and women and it freaking works! It is a 3 part system: Shampoo, Conditioner and a Scalp Spray. You have to use it the first 14 days every single day, after those 2 weeks you can shampoo like normal. This solution runs about $110 but worth the investment!
If you are experiencing hair loss, I hope I helped you figure out why and I hope you use some of the solutions. Your hair is the crown you wear everyday, so lets try and make it the most bad-ass crown ever. See you next time!
Sending my love,
